Product:
Rate Yield allows access to all stakeholders at the hotel with different access levels. The view-only user access allows sales teams to access the event evaluator. The Main Yield user access allows front desk supervisors or managers on duty to override rates without impacting the entire strategy. Managers have the ability to test and override rates as needed, or to modify the inputs of their algorithm as they deem fit.
Customer Success:
Rate Yield’s customer success and onboarding team is eager to work with clients to ensure understanding and mastery of the software. Through a series of one-on-one meetings, our onboarding specialists guide you through the implementation and offer best practices and industry knowledge. Once our clients are up and running, our team frequently checks in with them and remains available for ad hoc requests.
Contracts:
Rate Yield’s pricing makes it attractive to properties of all sizes and the low implementation costs and monthly pricing limit the upfront investment. Monthly fees begin only after the hotel is set live and generating a return on the investment. Additionally, a cancellation for convenience clause allows hotels to terminate the contract at any time with just 30 days notice.
